Richard Bergquist John Donaldson’s trip to Seattle

Our visit the Seattle Air Museum to see the very helicopter John flew in Vietnam in 1970.

It’s been a full and wonderful day visiting our aviator prodigy here in Seattle. We were treated as VIP’s but also warrior brothers by these young Army Aviators! We received a tour of their facility and were presented with significant swag of patches and challenge coins! We handed out Lancers patches and challenge coins.

What an honor to host B/158 Lancers, and Vietnam Vets, John Donaldson and Berk Bergquist at our hangar today! The Warhawks proudly trace our lineage to B/158 and these gentlemen. John and Berk served as a Huey pilot and door gunner and hold a resume with highlights including Lam Son 719 and Hamburger Hill!
