A special thanks to Gary Bowman who put together a goodie bag for all the Lancer attendees and once again for Bill and Denise putting together a very memorable reunion🚁

Bill Walker

Thank you, Bushwacker!  It was such a pleasure to try to make it a special reunion for the most remarkable men I have ever known. Great wives, too!

It was a great weekend and I’m so glad that so many Lancers got to record their stories for posterity. Denise showed me Tim’s post about the breadcrumbs leading to our luncheon in the museum. I have to confess that being a Warrant, I mistook them for croutons and ate them all, explaining why some had trouble finding us. Finally, this video reminds me of attending mandatory drug meetings conducted by RLOs and our responses. 17

Once again, thank you, Dave and Cheryl Strassman and vortex for the wonderful raffle gifts, I can’t wait to site my new scope in🚁

Bill Walker

Me, too, Dave. Thank you so, so much for the scope, and everything else you donated! Bill

Tim Pasquarelli

Yes, the drawing was outstanding. Dave Strassman brought 12 or 14 items plus hats and other memorabilia donated by the top optics manufacturer, Vortex. Probably $4,000 to $5,000 worth of optics from binoculars to range finders and scopes. The photo below shows an example.

We learned so much about each other and ourselves. Example: Dave Strassman formed, equipped and owned/ran an asphalt paving company for 50 years. That’s an incredible feat if you know anything about construction.

Don’t believe anything Pegg says about me.  😏😏
