We will remember our beloved father, grandfather, and friend.

He served his country for 20 years as an Army pilot.

 

He was awarded The Legion Merit Award, Army Commendation Medal, two Bronze Stars, and Master Army Aviation Badge.

After his Army retirement, he earned two master’s degrees and worked for Chrysler Corporation in Detroit.

He was a graduate of University of Wisconsin -Madison, a Mason, and

a seasoned fisherman and woodcarver.

His love and admiration of the Boy Scouts of America continued into his adulthood in the form of serving as Scout Master for many years.

He passed away on May 2nd and is survived by his wife, Jeanne,

four children and six grandchildren.

 

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, May 9, 2006, at Suncreek United Methodist Church with Rev. Wally Butts officiating. The interment will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday at DFW National Cemetery. To convey condolences or to sign an online registry, please visit www.tjmfuneral.com.
