Scenes from the pavilion where we had the picnic

The day at Ft Campbell with the new Lancers was awesome. Capt. Hannibal Bray and his new Lancers were the best of hosts. We met at their orderly room and had a 'get to know each other' session that was very impressive. Allan Milberger brought along a video tape, put together from 8mm films, of Lancer days in Vietnam. Even the new Lancers recognized that we were all as young as they are once. In all, 20 of us 'old timers' attended the reunion at least one of the days with the biggest turnout being the day with the new Lancers. In addition to Walt Fuller, Tim Delong, Terry Kaufman and Allan Milbeger, other first time 101st attendees included Tony Beyer, Steve Anglin, John Donaldson and Bruce Nesmith. I hope I've not left out anyone of the FNG's for this year. It was truly fantastic to see so many of us at one time with the new Lancers. The picnic with them was beyond description.
